Orville Wilson is president and CEO of Wilson Consulting Group. He has more than 15 years of hands-on technology and security experience and is certified in CISM, CISA, PMP, PA-QSA, and QSA. Wilson specializes in conducting risk assessments, developing security strategies, processes and policies, and performing technical penetration testing and vulnerability scans. Wilson has extensive experience as a researcher and instructor for a variety of educational institutions, including Chicago State University, Loyola University (Chicago), DePaul University (Chicago) and George Washington University (Washington D.C.).In addition, Wilson has expertise in analyzing business processes, assessing key application controls and reviewing security controls consistent with a risk-based audit approach. Wilson is familiar with a variety of operating systems and has extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational change management. He also has experience in conducting Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) assessments and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) audits.
Trena Hawkins is director of consulting services for Wilson Consulting Group. She holds a master’s of science degree in technology and education and is ITIL certified. Hawkins has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, which includes 10 years of teaching experience in higher education. She has successfully managed several complex projects, including large web development projects, and improving the efficiency of computer lab environments and help desk operations. These projects were managed in accordance with ITIL and project management standards.
Christine Kinnear is director of sales and marketing at Wilson Consulting Group. She is a chartered marketer with more than 15 years of multidisciplinary experience. Kinnear has worked with a variety of public and private organizations as their strategic marketing lead. She is skilled in delivering fully integrated marketing campaigns, raising awareness and enhancing corporate marketing outreach. Kinnear has excellent project management, planning and coordination skills and brings a proactive marketing approach to both WCG and its clients.
